These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the pkbat platform, including all betting, casino, and account services available at pkbat.com. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any wager.
Important Notice: These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pkbat ("pkbat", "we", "us", "our"). Withdrawal of winnings will not be processed on any account until identity verification has been completed to pkbat's satisfaction. Accounts found to belong to individuals under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and deposits returned to the original payment source less any applicable processing fees.
Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) pkbat account only. The creation, operation, or use of multiple accounts by any single individual — regardless of the name, payment method, or device used — is strictly prohibited. pkbat reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close any duplicate accounts and to void any wagers placed from or winnings credited to such accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkbat account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. pkbat shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
You must notify pkbat immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorised access to your account. Notification should be made via the pkbat live chat support service, which operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
You warrant that all information provided during registration and subsequently is accurate, truthful, and complete. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and reporting to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities where legally required.
pkbat accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. pkbat reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.
The minimum deposit amount on pkbat is Rs 500 (Pakistani Rupees five hundred). Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed within the Cashier section of your pkbat account. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may be applied to accounts based on account status, verification level, and applicable regulatory requirements.

All transactions on pkbat are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) screening in accordance with pkbat's obligations under its international gaming licence. pkbat reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any deposit or withdrawal transaction. Currency: All pkbat account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and winnings are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pkbat does not charge currency conversion fees. Any conversion fees imposed by your bank or payment provider are your own responsibility.
All bets placed on pkbat are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or casino game. These game-specific rules are available within each product section of the Platform and form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that specific game or event.
A bet is not accepted by pkbat until you receive a confirmed bet reference number. pkbat reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed after an event has commenced, bets placed at odds that were published erroneously, or bets that pkbat has reasonable grounds to believe were placed in bad faith or in contravention of these Terms.
In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest pricing error, pkbat reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts. pkbat shall not be liable for any loss of profit or opportunity arising from such errors or malfunctions. Winnings credited to an account as a result of a system error are not valid and must be returned to pkbat upon demand.
All casino games and slot titles available on pkbat use independently certified random number generator (RNG) software. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate as audited. pkbat does not manipulate game outcomes. Results generated by the RNG are final and binding upon both pkbat and the player.

You agree that you will not, and will not attempt to, engage in any of the following prohibited activities on the pkbat platform:
Violation of any of the above prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances and pending withdrawals, and where legally required, reporting to relevant regulatory and law enforcement authorities.
All content, design elements, software, graphics, trademarks, trade names, logos, and other intellectual property made available on the pkbat Platform are the exclusive property of pkbat or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in or to any pkbat intellectual property.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of pkbat content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
pkbat collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account on pkbat, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
pkbat implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkbat, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if pkbat has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
pkbat's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you on the Platform in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pkbat does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform entirely at your own risk. pkbat is not responsible for any financial decisions made by you based on content, odds, or information displayed on the Platform.
pkbat reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if pkbat determines, in its sole discretion, that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if continued operation of your account would expose pkbat to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
Upon closure of your account for breach of these Terms, pkbat reserves the right to forfeit any account balance, void pending bets, and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation. Where no breach is found, any remaining verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
You may request closure of your pkbat account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within one (1) business day. Any remaining balance in a voluntarily closed account will be returned to your registered payment method after completion of applicable verification procedures.
pkbat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, pkbat will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an on-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document.
Your continued use of the pkbat Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12 of these Terms.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkbat's international gaming licence is issued. pkbat operates under a valid international gaming licence issued by a recognised gaming regulatory authority.
In the event of any dispute between you and pkbat, you agree to first contact pkbat's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable regulatory authority under pkbat's gaming licence.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent pkbat from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
